Each 60gr serving provides up to 16.2gr of protein and 5.88gr of dietary fiber per serving, supporting muscle growth, maintenance, and recovery.

70ml water
To prepare HIGH PROTEIN MUG CHOCO CAKE, place 60gr (2½ scoops) of the product with 70ml of water in a mug and mix well with a teaspoon. Once the mixture is well combined, microwave it for 1.5 minutes at 800W. Remove from the microwave, wait one minute to cool and enjoy. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired.
