60ml milk/water
To prepare your own HIGH PROTEIN INSTANT CREAM, simply add 60gr of powder (approximately 2½ scoops) to 60ml of milk or water and mix with a whisk or mixer until a cream is formed. Allow it to set for 3-4 minutes and consume. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
