To make your own HIGH PROTEIN INSTANT CREAM, simply add 60g of powder (approx. 2½ scoops) to 60ml of milk or water and mix with a whisk or mixer until creamy. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes to set and then consume. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
