Each 50gr serving provides up to 17.8gr of protein, supporting muscle growth, maintenance, and recovery.

Whey protein concentrate (contains lactose), sweeteners: maltitol, sucralose, chicory fiber, whole milk powder (lactose), salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickener: guar gum, flavorings, color: carmine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

To prepare HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM, blend 50g of the mixture with 50ml of water until a smooth and homogeneous cream is formed. Then place the mixture in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. You may consume it immediately afterward. If it remains in the freezer for longer, allow it to thaw for 5–10 minutes before consuming immediately. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired.
