Preparation Specifications

Ingredients:

  1. 2 small bananas
  2. 1½ scoops Nutrialis high protein speculoos drink (30gr)
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 100gr oats
  5. 15gr baking powder
  6. 15gr cocoa powder
  7. a little cinnamon

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add a little oil to a non-stick pan and let it heat up
  3. Using a tablespoon, slowly pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly
  4. Leave for about one to two minutes, then flip to the other side
  5. Place the oatmeal pancake or mini oatmeal pancakes (depending on the desired size) on a plate
