High Protein Smoothie with Banana or Red Fruits!

Preparation Specifications

Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 1 scoop protein (25–30g) of clear whey protein
  2. 200ml milk or plant-based drink (almond, oat, coconut)
  3. 1 small banana (for sweetness and a creamy texture)
  4. 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional, for extra healthy fats & flavour)

 

Optional:

  1. 1/2 tsp cinnamon or cocoa
  2. 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fibre

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy.
  4. 3–5 ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
