Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 scoop protein (25–30g) of clear whey protein
- 200ml milk or plant-based drink (almond, oat, coconut)
- 1 small banana (for sweetness and a creamy texture)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional, for extra healthy fats & flavour)
Optional:
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or cocoa
- 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fibre
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy.
- 3–5 ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
