Preparation Specifications

Ingredients:

  1. 2 ripe bananas
  2. 30g honey or agave syrup
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 13g vanilla extract
  5. 140g oat flour
  6. 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
  7. 1½ scoops Nutrialis High Protein Drink Choco
  8. 10g baking powder
  9. 45g chocolate chips

A pinch of salt*

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
  2. Mix the bananas, honey or agave syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, high protein choco drink, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  4. Combine the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter (add the chocolate chips at this stage).
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Optionally, drizzle some melted chocolate on top.

 

Baking:

  1. 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 35–40 minutes.
  2. Check with a toothpick.
  3. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
