Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 30g honey or agave syrup
- 3 eggs
- 13g vanilla extract
- 140g oat flour
- 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ scoops Nutrialis High Protein Drink Choco
- 10g baking powder
- 45g chocolate chips
A pinch of salt*
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
- Mix the bananas, honey or agave syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, high protein choco drink, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Combine the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter (add the chocolate chips at this stage).
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Optionally, drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
Baking:
- 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 35–40 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick.
- Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
