Preparation Specifications

Ingredients (for 6 rolls):

For the dough:

  1. 200g all-purpose flour or ground oats
  2. 1½ scoops high protein clear whey (30g)
  3. 6gr baking powder
  4. 1 pinch of salt
  5. 1 egg
  6. 120ml almond plant-based milk
  7. 25g honey or agave syrup
  8. 15g coconut oil

For the filling:

  1. 30g brown sugar
  2. 15g cinnamon
  3. 15g melted butter

For the glaze (optional):

  1. 40g strained yoghurt or light cream cheese
  2. A drizzle of honey
  3. A few drops of plant-based milk to thin it out

 

Method:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour or oats, protein, baking powder, salt).
  2. Add the egg, milk, honey and butter and knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approximately 0.5 cm thick).
  4. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Roll up and cut into 6 pieces.
  6. Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
