Ingredients (for 4 large crepes):

  1. 100g high protein crepe
  2. 260ml water (or plant-based milk/protein milk for a more intense flavour)
 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients until they are well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat and cook the crepes for 1.5–2 minutes on each side.
  3. The high protein crepes are ready.
