50gr High Protein Pancake
65-70ml water
To prepare your own high-protein Protein Pancakes, simply add 50gr (approximately 2 scoops) to 65-70ml of milk or water and mix. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. Heat a pan over high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter. Reduce to medium heat and pour the mixture into the pan. Allow it to cook on one side until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip to the other side and cook for approximately 1-1.5 minutes depending on the pan and temperature. Alternatively, use a non-stick pan. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
