H HIGH PROTEIN OMELET WITH FETA CHEESE FLAVOR is an omelette with a feta cheese flavor, ideal as a snack at any time of the day. If you do not prefer a feta cheese flavor, choose the plain omelette and add whatever ingredients you desire. It contains high biological value egg protein.
Each 25gr serving provides up to 21gr of protein, supporting muscle growth, maintenance, and recovery.

180ml water
To prepare the HIGH PROTEIN OMELET WITH FETA CHEESE FLAVOR or as a HIGH PROTEIN OMELET, put in a bowl 25gr (approximately 3/4 of a scoop) with 180ml water and mix well. Once well combined, pour it into a non-stick pan and cook the omelette. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired.
