200ml water or milk
To prepare HIGH PROTEIN BLACK TEA LEMON, put in a glass 30gr (approximately one scoop) with 200ml hot or cold water and mix well with a teaspoon. Once the mixture is well combined, enjoy. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired.
