300-400ml water or milk
Mix 30gr (one full scoop) in 300-400ml watermilk or any other beverage of your choice. Shake well and wait for 2 minutes. Itis recommended to weigh thepowder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuringscoop is found inside the packaging.
