Each 50gr serving (2 scoops) provides up to 18.2gr of protein, supporting muscle growth, maintenance, and recovery.
Flour (gluten), concentrated protein whey (contains lactose), whole grain oat flour (gluten), egg protein, raising agents: E450, E500, E451, emulsifiers:soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, sweetener: sucralose, flavorings.

50gr High Protein Crepe
130-140ml water
To prepare your own High Protein Crepe, simply add 50gr (2 scoops) to 130-140ml water. Heat a pan over high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter, pour the mixture into the pan and allow it to cook on one side for 1.5-2 minutes. Then flip to the other side for another 1.5-2 minutes. Alternatively, use a non-stick pan. Fill the crepe with HIGH PROTEIN INSTANT CREAM and enjoy.
If you wish to make a tortilla, add 120ml of water following the exact same process. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
