The HIGH PROTEIN CREPE is a blend of high-value Whey Proteins and eggs, offering your body a combination of nutrients, making it an excellent solution for a satisfying breakfast or dinner.
Each 50g serving (2 scoops) provides up to 18.2g of protein, supporting muscle growth, maintenance, and recovery.
Flour (gluten), whey protein concentrate (contains lactose), whole grain oat flour (gluten), egg protein, raising agents: E450, E500, E451), emulsifiers: soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, sweetener: sucralose, flavourings.
May contain traces of eggs, tree nuts and sesame.

50gr High Protein Crepe
130-140ml water
To make your High Protein Crepe, simply add 50g (2 scoops) to 130-140ml of water. Heat a pan over high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter, then pour the mixture into the pan and cook on one side for 1.5-2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 1.5-2 minutes. Alternatively, use a non-stick pan. Fill the crepe with HIGH PROTEIN INSTANT CREAM and enjoy.
If you wish to make a tortilla, add 120ml of water following the exact same procedure. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
