Heat-treated whole grain oat flour (gluten), rice protein, concentrated whey protein (contains lactose), oat flakes (gluten), sweeteners: maltitol, sucralose, cinnamon, salt, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, flavorings.

90ml hot water or milk / 50ml cold water or milk
To prepare HIGH PROTEIN OAT PORRIDGE CHOCO or CINNAMON, place 60gr in a bowl of the mixture (approximately 2½ scoops) with 90ml of hot water or milk, or alternatively 50ml of cold water or milk, and mix well until fully combined. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes and then consume. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
