The HIGH PROTEIN CLEAR WHEY, can be used however you wish. Place 25gr with 200ml in the shaker with water or milk, add to yogurt, or enrich a preparation such as a cake etc. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired.
