Ingredients:
- 50g High protein pancake mix
- 60g unsweetened almond drink
- 25g 100% peanut butter
- 25g sugar-free strawberry jam
- 15g nuts
- 3g oil for the pan
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with the almond drink until it becomes a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat it with a small amount of oil (using a paper towel).
- Pour in the batter and cook the pancakes over medium heat.
- Flip when bubbles appear and cook on the other side as well.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Add the peanut butter, jam, and nuts on top.
