  2. 60g unsweetened almond drink
  3. 25g 100% peanut butter
  4. 25g sugar-free strawberry jam
  5. 15g nuts
  6. 3g oil for the pan

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with the almond drink until it becomes a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat it with a small amount of oil (using a paper towel).
  3. Pour in the batter and cook the pancakes over medium heat.
  4. Flip when bubbles appear and cook on the other side as well.
  5. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Add the peanut butter, jam, and nuts on top.
