Ingredients (for 6 rolls):
For the dough:
- 200g all-purpose flour or ground oats
- 1½ scoops high protein clear whey (30g)
- 6gr baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 120ml almond plant-based milk
- 25g honey or agave syrup
- 15g coconut oil
For the filling:
- 30g brown sugar
- 15g cinnamon
- 15g melted butter
For the glaze (optional):
- 40g strained yoghurt or light cream cheese
- A drizzle of honey
- A few drops of plant-based milk to thin it out
Method:
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour or oats, protein, baking powder, salt).
- Add the egg, milk, honey and butter and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approximately 0.5 cm thick).
- Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll up and cut into 6 pieces.
- Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
