Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 2 ½ scoop Nutrialis high protein oat porridge cinnamon (60gr)
  2. 90ml water
  3. 1 small banana
  4. 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional, for extra healthy fats & flavour)

Method:

  1. Place 60g in a bowl. mixture (approximately 2½ scoops) with 90g hot water or milk, or alternatively 50g cold, and stir well until fully combined.
  2. Leave for 2–3 minutes.
