Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 ½ scoop Nutrialis high protein oat porridge cinnamon (60gr)
- 90ml water
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional, for extra healthy fats & flavour)
Method:
- Place 60g in a bowl. mixture (approximately 2½ scoops) with 90g hot water or milk, or alternatively 50g cold, and stir well until fully combined.
- Leave for 2–3 minutes.
