The BOOST & BEAUTY with COLLAGEN range featuring LEMON, ORANGE, and STRAWBERRY combines WHEY PROTEINS with freeze-dried fruit (the fruit retains all its nutrients) and the addition of hydrolyzed collagen. It contains whole dates in powder form, giving the beverage a light sweetness and date dietary fiber.
Each 40gr serving contains 20gr of protein. Furthermore, each serving contains 10gr of natural carbohydrates, providing the energy you need during exercise as well as in any daily activity.

400-500ml water or milk
Mix 40gr (approximately two scoops) in the shaker with 400-500ml water, milk or any other beverage of your choice. Shake well and wait for 2 minutes. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. The measuring scoop is found inside the packaging.
