Whey protein concentrate (contains lactose), low-fat cocoa powder, sweeteners: maltitol, sucralose, starch, thickening agents: guar gum, xanthan gum, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, flavorings, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
May contain traces of gluten, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame.

35gr High Protein Bitter Choco
175ml water or milk
Mix 35g (approx. 1½ scoops) with 175 ml of hot water or hot milk in a blender. Blend for one minute until smooth. Then pour into a mug and enjoy. It is recommended to weigh the powder for a more accurate measurement if desired. If you prefer a cold drink, blend 35g with 150ml of cold water or cold milk. Then pour it into a glass and add 2-3 ice cubes. The measuring scoop is included in the package.
