Preparation Specifications

Ingredients (for 4 large pancakes):

  1. 100g High Protein Pancake
  2. 130/140ml water (or plant-based milk/protein milk for a more intense flavour)

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients until they are well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  3. The high protein pancakes are ready.
