Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 1½ scoops clear whey protein (35g)
  2. 100g mango
  3. 50g pineapple
  4. 200ml water or plant-based drink
  5. 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
  6. a few ice cubes

Method:

  1. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
