Complete the Return Form at the relevant section on our website.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2. Select the return method, based on the courier company used for the delivery of your original order:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">ACS Courier: Visit an ACS store, provide the 12-digit shipment number and request that the package be sent to the Thessaloniki Central Distribution Hub, addressed to: Ingreda SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The return shipping cost is covered by our company.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The refund process may take an average of 16 business days in total, from the moment the package begins its return journey until the amount appears in your account. You will be notified by email upon its completion. We appreciate your understanding and patience.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b> <\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>RIGHT TO WARRANTY CLAIM<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">If the Buyer purchases a defective product, they have the right to make a warranty claim. For a proper assessment, the returned product must be clean, complete, and in compliance with hygiene regulations or general hygiene requirements. In addition to commonly known rules, the Buyer is obliged to comply with the terms specified for the use of the product in the warranty certificate or instructions for use, and to use and handle the products in accordance with their durability.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>PLACE AND METHOD OF THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The warranty claim may be submitted in writing by email to ask@nutrialis.gr, in order for the relevant warranty claim form and return code to be sent to you.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The warranty claim must include:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">A written description of the defects that are the subject of the claim.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Proof of purchase, warranty certificate, or delivery notice (any one of the above is sufficient for the exercise of warranty rights).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The warranty period begins when the following conditions are met: a) Delivery of the Warranty Claim Notice to the Seller. b) Delivery of the product by the Buyer to the Seller.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the sold product possesses the quality and utility properties generally required by the seller, or as described by the manufacturer, or expected to comply with the requirements of the law, that it is in the specified quantity and corresponds to the purpose stated by the seller or for which the product is commonly used. The Seller is responsible for defects that arise after the purchase of the product during the warranty period. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the event that:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">the defect was caused by the Buyer themselves,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">the Buyer was aware of the defects in the product prior to receipt and was granted a discount on the product,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">the warranty claim contradicts the nature of the products, in particular the expiry of the product&#8217;s shelf life for which the discount was granted,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">the defects arose during the warranty period due to normal wear and tear of the products, their improper or excessive use, or arose after the expiry of the product&#8217;s shelf life,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">the defect is due to intervention by the Buyer or another person on the product or any part thereof.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Upon receipt of the warranty claim, a warranty certificate will be issued stating the date the claim was received, the claimed product, the time and place of purchase of the product, the defect, and the price of the product. If the Buyer asserts that a defect exists, the Seller will appropriately assess the claim and decide immediately on the resolution of the warranty claim, or in complex cases within 3 days. The Seller will proceed with a refund\/exchange\/return within 30 days from the date of the warranty claim.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>WARRANTY PERIOD<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Seller is responsible for the shelf life of the product, provided it has not been opened, and for product defects for a period of 24 months from the receipt of the product by the Buyer, in the event that no warranty period is stated on the product, its packaging, or the warranty certificate. If a product covered by the warranty is repaired, the warranty period is extended from the time the warranty claim is made until the consumer is required to collect the product after repair, even if they have not done so. If the product is exchanged for a new one, a new warranty period begins from the date of receipt or dispatch of the product to the Buyer. If the warranty for the defective product is not claimed during the warranty period, the liability for the defect also expires. The Buyer will be informed of the resolution of the warranty claim in person, by telephone, or by email.    <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>CONSUMER RIGHTS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">In the event of product defects which the consumer has claimed to have been repaired during the warranty period, they have the right to free, appropriate, and timely repair of the product. In the event that the defects cannot be repaired and prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the purchase price. If the defect can be repaired, but due to recurring defects after repair the consumer is unable to use the product properly, they have the right to exchange the product or to receive a refund of the purchase price. The Buyer has the same rights as in the case of defects that cannot be repaired, when repairing defective products within 30 days of the claim. In the event of defects that cannot be repaired and prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to receive an appropriate discount on the price of the product.    <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">In accordance with the GDPR on the protection of personal data, the owner of the online store www.nutrialis.gr declares that the personal data provided to them will not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the data subject, and that they will not use personal data in a commercial offer unrelated to the promotion of www.nutrialis.gr. At the same time, they undertake the obligation to delete personal data from their database upon the customer&#8217;s request, without any reason being required. <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>PRODUCT SHIPPING POLICY<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Delivery Terms<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">In person: Only the Buyer may collect the products. This person must adequately identify themselves and prove their identity with a valid ID card or valid passport. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Products may be shipped to the Buyer via a delivery service. The various delivery options are offered in accordance with the actual availability of the individual services and in terms of transport capabilities and options. In the event of interventions by higher authorities or information system failure, Nutrialis shall not be held liable for the delayed delivery of products. The shipping price is based on the current price list on the day of the order.   <\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Buyer is obliged to inspect the condition of the shipment (number of packages, integrity of the company logo, packaging damage) in accordance with the accompanying delivery note immediately upon delivery. In the event that a defect is identified, the Buyer is obliged to record the extent and nature of the defect in the presence of the carrier&#8217;s representative. On the basis of this record, the Buyer may then refuse to accept the delivered products that do not conform to the sales contract, refuse to accept the defective products, or confirm the delivery of the defective products and subsequently claim their replacement from the Seller. If the Buyer discovers damage or other discrepancies after receipt of the shipment, they are obliged to contact the Seller immediately. If they fail to do so, claims for the replacement of defects will only be permitted in the event that they can prove that the products already had defects at the time of receipt.    <\/p><p>Incomplete or damaged packaging must be reported immediately by email to ask@nutrialis.gr,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>reported to the carrier in the damage report, and sent without undue delay by email or post to the Seller. Additional claims regarding shortages or external damage to the packaging do not deprive the Buyer of the right to file a complaint, but provide the Seller with the opportunity to demonstrate that there is no conflict with the sales contract. <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Products are delivered by one of the following methods:<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">By courier to the address of your choice within Greece, Cyprus, and abroad.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">By courier to one of the ACS branch locations. To collect your order, you will need to provide the shipment number and the full name on the order. <\/li><li class=\"li1\">To an ACS locker point of your choice.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Your orders are shipped via a courier company. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of processing. Delivery is completed within 3\u20135 business days (or up to 6\u20137 business days for islands and remote areas). During holidays or major sales periods, delays may occur due to increased shipment volumes.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first working day. However, we cannot guarantee dispatch within 48 hours during holidays or major sales periods.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Packages are dispatched as soon as possible, after which the courier company is responsible for their delivery.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The delivery time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors, as delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Nutrialis makes every possible effort to ensure the timely delivery of your orders; however, it reserves the right that delivery may be delayed in cases including, but not limited to: (a) the product manufacturing process has been delayed due to, for example, supply issues, force majeure, etc., resulting in the product not being available in our warehouse as anticipated; (b) a force majeure event occurs, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event beyond our sphere of influence and control, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order; (c) there is insufficient stock available; (d) during periods of high commercial activity, such as during sales, special offers, etc. In the above cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would like your order delivered without the delayed or unavailable product, to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery timeframe for the product that is not immediately available. Should our proposal not be satisfactory, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and receive a refund of any amounts already paid.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If you are not present at the declared delivery address on the scheduled delivery date to receive the Products, the courier company will make two (2) additional delivery attempts on the following business days in order to complete your order delivery. If the delivery is ultimately unsuccessful, your order will be automatically returned to us and registered as a Refusal of Receipt.
